Job Summary: We are seeking aTelecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and promoting our products/services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services
- Answer incoming calls and provide information about our products/services
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain a database of potential customers and keep it up-to-date
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
- Record and maintain call logs and reports
Requirements:
- 0 -1 year xperience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills
- Graduation or equivalent, with additional education or certification in Sales or Marketing being a plus
